Our replicable factory blueprint deploys automated facilities anywhere while utilizing our agent-based FacOS to maximize speed and efficiency of work orders.

FacOS automatically handles the communication and orchestration across the different 3-axis to 5-axis CNC machines in our unit factory. 

PROCESS AUTOMATION

Any machine outage, supply delay, or rush order triggers the operating system to resolve the task graph in <10 min. Every cycle enriches the geometry-physics-process dataset (now equivalent to thousands of engineer-years). 

REAL-TIME PRODUCTION INSIGHTS

FacOS provides real-time production insights with our agent-based architecture, empowering our clients with transparent information on manufacturing processes and supporting continuous improvement across all industry sectors.
